How to Build a Website for a School Project (6 Steps)
Open a text editor. Click 'Start.' Then navigate to 'All Programs' and 'Accessories.' Select 'Notepad.'
Type:
My School Project
This is the first paragraph.
This is the second paragraph.
'
' are the opening tags while '
' are the closing tags. Most tags need to be opened, then closed. For example, all Web pages start with
and close with
. For example 'My School Project' means than you open the '', or heading 1, tag, then write the text of the heading, then close the heading tag.
Save the file as 'index.html.' Remember, however, to specify the 'Save as type' as 'All Files' rather than 'Text Documents' when saving the file.
Register your website for free at any of the free hosting websites that exist on the Web. You can find two such websites in the Resources section of this article. The registration process is easy. After you register, you'll get a username and password to be able to upload your 'index.html' file. When registering, write down the domain name of your website (for example, http://somehost.yourname.com).
Log onto the password-protected area of the hosting website with which you registered. Click 'Upload' and select the 'index.html' file you saved in Step 3.
Go to the domain name that you received when registering your free website (e.g., http://somehost.yourname.com). You should see this: My School Project (large letters)
This is the first paragraph.
This is the second paragraph.

How to Create a Landing Page for ClickBank Promotion
Purchase a domain name that reflects the product you're trying to sell. Instead of paying for expensive web hosting, link that domain to a page on a free site you've already built or forward it to a blog you've created on a platform such as Blogger. Free sites such as blogger.com, weebly.com and webs.com can be used to market an array of products.
Write a compelling heading or a call to action at the top of the page. This call to action must grab your reader's attention but not be too large that it's a distraction. Use a font that's between 16 and 18 points in size. Make it stand out by bolding the font or by making it a different color. A good call to action if you're selling a weight loss product might look something like this: 'Lose 20 Pounds Fast.' Right there, your readers know what this product or ebook can do for them.
Include a photo of the product and the possible results of buying the item. Play around with image placement to see whether placing it on the left or right side looks better.
Write a list of bullet points that outlines the effects or usefulness of the vendor's product. Make your landing page easy to read by using these bullet points, or very short paragraphs under subheadings, instead of using long paragraphs. This allows readers to scan the content of your site to find what they're most interested in.
Include some customer testimonials, if available from the vendor. Never write fake testimonials.
Add the price toward the top of the page, under your bullet points. This allows readers to decide if they want to keep going. Avoid writing a long landing page where individuals need to scroll down two or three times to reach the call to action.
Place a 'Buy Now' button under your price tag and another at the bottom of your landing page. Add a link on your 'Buy Now' button that connects customers directly to the ClickBank vendor's product pitch page.

How to Install Wordpress On 1and1 Servers
Log in to your 1and1 control panel and click the hosting package on which you want to install WordPress.
Click “MySQL” under the Database heading on the hosting panel and then select “MySQL Database.”
Enter a description for your new database in the field provided. Something as simple as “WordPress Database” is fine, provided you only plan to have one iteration of WordPress installed on your 1and1 account.
Create a password for the database in the “Password” field and then verify it in the “Repeat Password” field. Make a note of this password as you will need it when installing WordPress.
Click “Set Up” to finish creating your database. When creation is complete, 1and1 displays the details of your database, including the database name and username. Make a note of both of these values as you will need them when installing WordPress.
