How to Use Netplay With SNES9x
Open the SNES9x emulator.
Click on the 'Netplay' dropdown menu at the top of the screen.
If you want to host the game session, click 'Act As Server.' If you are the server, you should let the person that you are playing with know your IP address so that he can connect to your computer.
If someone else is hosting the session, click 'Connect To Server...'. This will bring up a small window where you can enter the IP address of the host. There will also be another box where you can enter a port number, but the default port number that is already there should work for you.
After you are connected, you or the person you are playing with can start an old-school game of your choosing.

How to Play Pokeno
Decide whether you are playing standard Pokeno, where a player wins with is five cards in a row either horizontally, vertically or diagonally, or if you are going to play a variation like four corners or full card.
Hand out Pokeno game boards to everyone who wants to play the game. Give each of the players 20 poker chips.
Shuffle a deck of cards and lay it face down on the table. Pick one card at a time and call out the card name and the suit.
Instruct the players to place a chip over the card value that you just called out if they have it on their board.
Continue calling cards until one of the players has five in a row vertically, horizontally or diagonally. The player may also have the four outside corners or a full card if you are playing one of those variations. When the player gets what he needs to win on his card he calls out Pokeno.
Switch places with the winner of the last hand. Now you are playing to win and the winner is the dealer.

How to Watch Live Football and Soccer Stream on a PC
Download and install video stream viewing software. This example will use sopcast. Sopcast is free and very reliable. You may want some other options--see the resources section for more information.
Locate a stream hosting site for the sporting event. In this example, the stream hosing site is MyP2P. There are alternatives, but this site is reliable. See the resources section for more information.
Find the specific live football or soccer game you want to stream on a personal computer. The streaming video hosting site usually lists the sporting events by date or sport. Not every game is available on these sites.
Click on the stream link to the game. This should open up the sopcast player and enable you to watch live football and soccer streamed on a personal computer. You may need to input the channel number into the sopcast player to view the game if the player does not open after clicking on the link.
Visit the website of your favorite football or soccer team. This option is more conventional but they do charge for the ability to watch these games live on your PC.
