Create an HTML file in the usual way with your Web design software, text editor or HTML editor. Name the HTML file with the verification name assigned by Google. Copy the Google verification code and paste it into the HTML document. Upload the HTML file to the root folder of the relevant website domain through the Bluehost online content management system control panel.
Click the 'Verify' button. Google will verify the service and activate it within 48 hours. Once Google has activated your Google Apps account on Bluehost, access the Bluehost content management system control panel to set up email forwarding. Click 'Forwarders' in the 'Email' section on the control panel homepage. Add each email address that you want to forward to Google Apps.
