How to Set up a Free Classified Site (9 Steps)
Come up with a plan for your classified website. Figure out what type of classified ad site you want to set up. Go online and do your research of various online classified scripts before you make your purchase. Look in Resources for recommendations.
Register your domain name (see Resources). The domain name registrar will give you access to your domain's control panel.
Purchase a hosting package. Make sure your Web hosting package meets all the requirements of your script for it to install and work properly. If you are not sure, contact tech support. Setting up the hosting will give you access to your FTP server and your DNS server entries.
Purchase a classified script. Download and unpack the script on your computer, following the manufacturer's instructions.
Log into your domain's control panel and change its DNS settings to point to your Web host's server.
Log into your Web host's CPanel and look for the MySQL icon. Open it to create a database for your classified script. If you are not sure about how to do this, contact the script's tech support team for help.
Download an FTP program. An FTP program transfers files between your computer and your Web host.
Log into your Web host's server using your FTP program and its authentication settings. Now upload the script files to your Web host's server.
Open your Web browser, type your Web address in the Search box and click 'Search.' You should see your new classified website.

How to Change OWA Web Addresses (10 Steps)
Access the Windows desktop on the server hosting OWA.
Click 'Start,' click 'Run,' type 'inetmgr' (minus the quotes) into the Run dialog box and press 'Enter' to open IIS Manager on the Windows server. This method will work no matter which version of Windows server you are using.
Right-click the 'Sites' folder within IIS Manager and click 'Add Web Site.'
Type in the site name. This can be whatever you would like but should be easily recognizable to you. For example, 'Outlook Web Access' would clearly indicate the purpose of the site.
Click 'Select' next to the Application Pool dialog box.
Choose 'MSExchangeOWAAppPool' from the drop-down list and click 'OK.'
Browse to the physical path of OWA in the Physical Path box by clicking 'Browse.' Your OWA physical path is selected when initially installing Microsoft Exchange.
Choose 'https:' under the Type selection box. You can leave the IP address as 'All Unassigned,' and you can leave the port as 80. This is the default web port address.
Enter a host name. This is your new OWA URL, so choose carefully and do not neglect the 'www,' should you choose to have a 'www.'
Ensure that 'Start Web site immediately' is checked and press 'OK.'

How to Calculate Annual Leave Entitlement (6 Steps)
Write down the total number of personal days that your firm allows you to take. If this is your first year working with the firm, refer to your hire date, then subtract one personal day for each quarter before you were hired. For example, if you were hired in the second quarter and your firm allots four personal days for a calendar year, subtract two days for the two incomplete quarters. This will leave you with two personal days for the year.
Calculate monthly time off accrual days. Look at your agreed weekly standard work hours and your professional level. For example, if you are a full-time vice president (VP) working 35 to 40 hours a week and your firm allows VPs to take four weeks of vacation a year, divide 20 business days by 12. Your annual leave entitlement is 1.6 days a month. For companies that allow employees to accrue time off only January through October, divide 20 business days by 10 for a total of 2 days of leave accrued at the end of each worked month.
Divide your scheduled number of work hours by the number of hours in a standard work week if you are a limited-hour employee. For example, if you work an agreed 17 hours a week and the standard work week for full-time employees is 40, divide 17 by 40 to calculate the number of leave days you accrue each month. Multiply this number by 12 to arrive at your total annual leave entitlement.
Add additional time off to your total eligible leave entitlement as a full-time employee depending on the tenure policy. Some companies award full-time employees another week to leave entitlement after you have worked at the firm for five or 10 years and another week after you have worked at the company for 20 or more years. For example, if you are a VP who has worked at the firm for 20 years, add four weeks of base vacation time with three additional weeks of leave you earned for serving the firm for 20 years plus your four standard annual personal days for a total of 39 annual leave days.
Include approved carry-over time or unused vacation days from the previous year. Total your personal days, approved carry-over, base vacation weeks and additional vacation weeks for tenure.
Factor in the total number of sick days that your firm allows each year. For example, if your firm allows full-time and limited-hour employees to take five sick days a year, add these five sick days to your total allotted vacation and personal days combined.

How to Make Simple Lingerie Shower Cookies (4 Steps)
Make some sugar cookies. The cookies should be heart shaped, even if you use store bought cookie mix. Make sure you have a heart-shaped cookie cutter.
Make sugar cookie icing for your lingerie shower cookies. Pink and black are the colors you need for the cookies here, but you can use any color. It's a good idea to prepare the icing the night before the lingerie shower. Once you have the icing, pour it into a ketchup or mustard squeeze bottle, because it's easier to work with. If you do not know how to make sugar cookie icing, please see Additional Resources below.
Decorate the cookies for the lingerie shower. For the bra: Turn the cookies upside down, so that the point is at the top. Halfway down the cookie, make a deep v shape, coming to a point just above where the heart halves. After the lines are put on, fill in the bra with your chosen color, in this case, black. Dot the pink icing on the bra, as well as on the trim. Make sure to add the bow to the middle. Allow the icing to dry several for several hours before the lingerie shower.
To make the panties:Turn the cookies upside down again and make a curved line at the halfway point of the cookie. It should only be curved slightly. This is for the top of the pantie. Now for each side: Start below the curved line you just made, leaving room to fill in. Draw a rainbow shaped curve, downward, until it ends just on each side of where the center of the heart is. Fill in with black. Dot the pink icing around the edges of the legs and just on the inside of the pantie on top. Allow the cookie icing to dry for several hours.Enjoy your lingerie shower with matching cookies.

How to Decorate a Web Page (7 Steps)
Sign up for a web-hosting package. Sign in to the back end of the website using your assigned username and password.
Open the list of available templates. Select a template with a large amount of white space. 'White space gives a sense of spaciousness and overall neatness to a site,' recommends Entheos Designs.
Select a font style. Fonts are a classic way to enhance your web design. However, remember that the purpose of text on a website is for users to read. Attractive web fonts are available on most computers and work best in dark colors such as black, navy or dark gray. An exception to this rule is with the creation of website headers and menu bars.
Create attractive headers for your website menus. Use basic shapes such as a rectangle or circle to add to the top of your web page. Choose a bold color that matches closely with your logo colors. If you are unable to find close matches in the template, choose a neutral color such as gray or black that complements your logo to avoid the clash of mismatched colors.
Add accents. Consider the products or services your company provides and choose three to four corresponding icons or graphics to separate various sections of your website. Find free icons or graphics from sites such as Freeiconsweb.com or Websitetips.com. Download the graphic, then upload it into your template by clicking the option to insert a photo.
Add photos, but sparingly. Photos work well as the main header of a website or in the center of the main page, when you select a meaningful photo. Enlarge photos on your main page so they are no smaller than the size of the text blocks used in your template.
Preview your web design. If an area seems cluttered, go back and remove an item. Choose 'Publish to web' once you have made the appropriate updates.

How to Reserve Domain Names with No Hosting Service
First, find out if your domain name is available...
You can check if a domain name is available by doing a simple search of the term 'check domain availability' and several tools and sites will be listed. If the desired domain name is available you can move on to the next step. If it is not available you should do another search to on whois.net to find out when it will expire within your needed time frame. Repeat this step until you find a domain name that will work.
Next, Do a comparison of domain name pricing...
Do a comparison of companies that offer the option to purchase or reserve a domain name. By purchasing an available domain name you will reserve that address for a website at some point in time. If the domain name is not available and you would like to reserve it in case it expires you will have additional fees. Since you are not looking at a hosting service you do not need to compare features. In this step you are just comparing pricing to reserve or purchase a domain name.
Then, reserve the domain name but don't get a hosting service to save money...
After you choose a company make sure they have a domain name reservation option, so that you can just reserve or purchase the domain name. Unless you are ready to put up a website you do not need hosting with your domain name. A domain name with a hosting service will cost much more per year so save the money until you are ready to build a website.
Last, keep your domain name account current and active...
Domain names often expire without owners knowing. If you have hosting services you get constant reminders but as the owner of a domain name it is your responsibility to keep track of it. Consider signing up for recurring billing to ensure that you don't lose the domain name. Without an organized system or recurring billing you may lose the rights to a domain name you wanted to reserve. Continue to do this step so when you are ready to build your website the domain name will be good to go.

How to Host a Tupperware Party (8 Steps)
Get in touch with a Tupperware consultant in your area (see Resources below). This person will help you with the all the details of planning and hosting your Tupperware party.
Discuss the type of Tupperware party you plan to host. Decide on a theme, choose whether to host your party indoors or out, and determine the number of potential guests. Work out these details with your Tupperware consultant.
Send out invitations for your Tupperware party well in advance of the event. Make sure you include the date, time, place and any other pertinent information, such as directions or special instructions. In addition, include your phone number or email address with a date to RSVP.
Anticipate that not every person will respond with an RSVP by the date requested. With that in mind, expect that you'll have to call some of the people on your invitation list to confirm their attendance.
Think about menu planning once you have a good idea of how many people will be attending your Tupperware party. Depending on the type of party you're planning to host, you should consider whether simple snacks or a buffet style meal will be in order.
Expect your Tupperware party consultant to arrive early on the day of your party to help you set up.
Relax on the day of your party. You'll be playing host to your guests, of course, but your Tupperware consultant will do the rest in terms of demonstrating all the products and taking orders.
Reap your rewards. The more orders from your party, the more Tupperware products you'll receive in return.

How to Create a PDF Ecard Greeting Card Business
Gather your PDF card inventory. You'll need ecards before you put your business together. You can create the cards yourself or purchase card ideas from freelance artists and writers. Produce the ecards yourself using a desktop publishing program, such as Serif PagePlus or Scribus, both of which are free. You can save your finished cards as PDF, using Acrobat, Nitro PDF or one of the free virtual PDF printers, such as CutePDF. You may also be able to enlist friends or family in the design process if you know anyone who has drawing, writing or photography experience. The key is to create original material that customers will only be able to get from you. There are plenty of free ecard available; your original work is what will entice buyers.
Look for a web host. Avoid a free web hosting service that will post ads on your website. You want to keep your website professional. Look for web hosting that offers business features such as a shopping cart. You can also use a PayPal account for sales. Also look for a web hosting service that offers domainname registration so you can have a www.yourbusinessname.com address.
Set your website up using the tools provided by your web host. Many web hosting services offer templates you can use to create an easy shopping experience for you potential customers. A gallery template that displays thumbnails of your ecards linked to the purchase page for each is an ideal way to set up PDF greeting card display. Include a page about your company, a page for artist and writer bios, and an FAQ with company contact info.
Categorize your cards according to type. This makes it easier for customers to browse for specific types of cards they're looking for. Some web hosting services include search tools you can insert into your website to allow users to search for cards.
Price your PDF ecards reasonably and according to your expenses. Pricing is subjective, but you want to find a price that works to allow you to compete with free ecard downloads. Take into consideration that the cost of production for PDF ecards is lower than paper cards. A good starting point may be between one and three dollars, depending on whether you paid an artist and writer.

How to Write a Party Host a Thank You Letter
Send a handwritten thank you letter instead of calling on the phone or sending an email. Not only does a formal letter help you follow proper etiquette and express everything you want to say, but it can also become a keepsake for the person who threw you the party.
Thank the person for all of her hard work and for opening her home to guests if she hosted the party in her home. Acknowledge how much time it must have taken to prepare the elements for the party, such as the invitations, food, games and entertainment.
Discuss the most memorable moment from the party. It can be a conversation that touched you, a mishap that made you laugh or a discussion or tip that taught you something new. If you're having trouble coming up with something, stop and think about the party, then write about the first thing that came to mind.
Suggest getting together so you can take her to lunch as another way of saying, 'thank you' and so you can reminisce about the party in even greater detail. Also mention that you can't wait to throw a party in her honor if you intend to reciprocate the gesture in the future.

How to Design a Lunch Learn Program
Articulate why you are launching a lunch-and-learn program, clarifying who you will be addressing and what benefits you hope to impart. For example, “Teach staff how to better handle stress” or “Show architects the benefits of using our pavers.” Recruit the help of a few good people to coordinate your event’s details and share your mission with them.
Whether the program is a single event or one of a series, having someone act as MC, to briefly introduce the topic and the main speaker, helps give a sense of organization and continuity to the event. This person shouldn't be the one giving the talk or presentation itself, though. It's preferable to have a featured speaker or presenter, someone with some special credentials in the topic. This doesn't have to be a luminary in the field - a lunch-and-learn in the workplace about the advantages of learning martial arts, for example, could be presented by an employee who has been studying martial arts for a while.
Work with the presenter to narrow the topic to fit within a half-hour to 45-minute presentation and allow meaningful discussion to take place afterward; if the event is being held in a workplace, tailor timeframes to meet the firm's schedules. One good way to fine-tune a topic is to ask your intended participants what they would appreciate learning. For example, instead of broadly talking about health and wellness, focus on their widespread interest in weight management. If the interest in your subject is deep and wide, plan a series of lunch-and-learn events to cover different points of interest one at a time.
Plan the presentation that you will facilitate at your event, including any supporting audiovisuals and handouts. Create an agenda that begins with an introduction of the topic and why it’s important. Provide relevant examples ideally from your workplace or community and then lead a discussion of current versus desired scenarios. End with a wrap-up.
Establish a place and time for your event. Pick a gathering place that will accommodate your participants comfortably as they eat and interact. Whether at an office, hotel or restaurant, the room should have good acoustics and be large enough to accommodate flip charts and audiovisual equipment, if used. If your event is meant for the community at large, secure a larger venue such as a community center or similar facility.
Plan your menu. Decide whether you will have food catered to your event, or whether your participants should bring their own lunch and refreshments. Some employers have regular lunch-and-learns where participants bring their own lunches and the employer provides the refreshments. If catered, you will need to establish a way for participants to RSVP so you can get a headcount prior to ordering lunch for your event.
Promote the program. Broadcast it via traditional and electronic media to your potential participants. Include details of your event’s objectives, structure, time, place and benefits.
Secure needed supplies, such as flip charts, markers, adhesive notes, paper, pens, giveaways, registration sign-in sheets and handouts.

How to Download and Use Website Templates (5 Steps)
Search for template sites online, looking for a template that suits your needs. If you're creating a website for a business such as real estate or accounting, you can find several templates with themes suited to those industries. If you're creating a personal website, find a design that suits your personality or the topics you'll be covering on your website. Note which platforms the templates are designed to work on. Some are for use with Adobe Dreamweaver, Microsoft FrontPage or WordPress. Note that Dreamweaver and FrontPage would need to be purchased if they didn't come with your computer. WordPress can be downloaded for free.
Download the template by clicking on the 'Download' button on the page where you found the template. If it isn't free, you will have to purchase it before you will have access to a download link.
Unzip the files after they've been downloaded onto your computer. Double-click on the Zip file, or right-click and select 'Unzip File'. You will be prompted to select a place to which to extract the files. Create a new folder on your computer with a name and location that you will remember.
Upload the files. Your website hosting provider may have an online file manager so you can transfer the files to their server. If not, you will need to download an FTP program. You can find various FTP programs for free online. Connect to your host using your username, password and FTP address. Contact your host for this information if you don't know it. Upload the template into the public_html folder if you can find this folder on your host's server. If you can't, contact your host and ask them for the appropriate place to upload the files.
Access your administration panel through your website platform. This could be WordPress, FrontPage, Dreamweaver or another program. You will generally need a username and password to access it. You can change the text and make some design adjustments if the template allows.
