How to Set Up a Pay Per View Website

Use a content management system if you are new to web development. Install a content management system on your web server. Web hosting services often have automatic install options for popular content management systems such as WordPress and Joomla.
Install pay per view controls. You'll need to install software on your web hosting service to provide pay per view access controls. For example, if you are using WordPress, you can install a membership plug-in (or add-on module), such as WishList Member, that allows you to charge visitors (or members) for viewing content.
Generate your pay per view content. Create compelling text, video, audio or multimedia content that will motivate your site visitors to pay for viewing it. Reduce user frustration by providing your content in standard formats viewable by a majority of Internet users.
Build pages to hold your content. Your content is placed within a page of your website. If you're building your site by hand, then code pages in HTML or another mark-up language. Or, simply add pages if you're using a content management system. Content management systems make adding new pages easy and fast, especially for novice web developers.
Place your content pages under pay per view control. Control access to your pages with pay per view content by placing code on them to indicate to your pay per view system that the pages can only be accessed by paying visitors.
Transfer your content pages to your web hosting service. Upload your pages and content via FTP if you're building the site by hand. If you're using a content management system, simply publish your content pages using your system's publishing method.
Test your pay per view system. You'll need to make sure that your pay per view pages are secure from non-paying visitors and that you can actually take a payment and make the content viewable to a paying visitor. Approach your site as a new visitor would and test the pay per view features thoroughly.

How to Organize a Purse Party

Establish guidelines for your party. Set a value range for the purses traded at your party to ensure no one arrives with a couture handbag only to leave with a retail store purse. You may also choose to set basic style parameters such as business appropriate bags only or no clutch bags allowed.
Issue invitations stating the date and time of your party to friends and family members who would enjoy a fun handbag swap. Include a list of any guidelines you have set for your party. Your invitations can be issued by email or postal mail for more formal parties Telephone calls are sufficient when you are hosting a casual party for close acquaintances.
Prepare for your party by purchasing snacks and beverages to serve to your guests. Pick a couple of low-maintenance party games for you and your guests to play if conversation happens to dwindle.
Set up a display area for guests to place their handbag trades upon arrival. Arrange your seating in a semi-circle to allow guests easy viewing of all potential trades and to allow each guests the opportunity to show off the bag they brought.
Let your guests determine if they want to assign handbags based on a random number drawing for each handbag or a random number drawing that lets guests pick their favorite handbags in order based on how low their number is. Your party can also use an alternate pick and choose method if your guests prefer.

How to Plan a Summer BBQ

Pick the right day. BBQ's are best for end of the week gatherings or weekend days. Pick a time when most people will be available.
Create your guest list. If you've had lots of parties, you know that guest lists tend to expand. If you invite one friend, you have to invite others and so on. Pick compatible people from various sources. Don't just invite people from work. If you do invite people from work, limit the number so that they don't cluster and only talk about work. Diversify. Include neighbors and family members and new acquaintances. Introduce your guests to one another so they can mingle and talk.
Make a party CD. It's a good idea to have all of the music planned ahead of time so that you aren't distracted by choosing CDs and changing the tunes. Making MP3 CDs is great for parties because you can fit 8 hours of music on one CD.
Plan the food. Get a fairly accurate head count so that you know how much of everything to buy. As you invite people, assign them a type of food (salad, dessert, drinks) to bring. Plan for about 20 percent more than you expect. Have a variety of items on hand to BBQ for different tastes. If some people are vegetarian, have some gardenburgers to toss on the grill.
Make sure the food is safe. Meat and mayo based products can't be left for more than 4 hours without refrigeration. No food should be uncovered or in the sun. Barbecue meat to at least medium. Keep an eye on people who over-indulge in alcohol. Have a first aid kit and fire extinguisher on hand for emergencies.
